Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours and images accurately. Screen settings and handmade or printed production variations may cause small differences. All products are subject to availability, and we may cancel or adjust an order if an item becomes unavailable.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Bank-transfer orders are prepared after payment is confirmed.

Order acceptance

An automated order email confirms that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch. We may contact you to verify order or delivery information. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, unavailable stock or incomplete customer details.

Shipping

We currently deliver within Pakistan. Shipping costs are Rs. 200 for Lahore and Rs. 250 for other Pakistani cities. Orders of Rs. 5,000 or more qualify for free shipping. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, address issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been packed or dispatched.

Returns, replacements and refunds

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are provided in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Website use

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping. Product photographs, branding, text and other site content may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.
