Delivery, cash on delivery and returns, explained
Buying online in Pakistan often means guessing at the parts that matter: what delivery will cost, whether you can pay at the door, and what happens if the parcel arrives damaged. Here are our answers, in plain words, with nothing hidden until checkout.
What delivery costs
One flat charge per order, decided by where it is going:
- Lahore — Rs. 200. We pack in Lahore, so this is the shortest trip a parcel makes.
- Anywhere else in Pakistan — Rs. 250. Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, a small town you have to spell out for the courier: same charge.
- Free over Rs. 5,000. No code, no minimum item count. The cart works it out and tells you how much is left to go.
The charge is per order, not per item, so five notebooks travel for the same Rs. 200 or Rs. 250 as one. We sell and deliver inside Pakistan only — no international orders for now.
How you can pay
Two ways, and they are the two most people here actually want:
- Cash on delivery. Pay the rider when the parcel reaches you. Nothing leaves your account before the notebook reaches your hands.
- Direct bank transfer. Place the order, transfer the amount, and we dispatch once it lands.
We do not take card payments, and we would rather say so on this page than let you find out on the last screen of checkout. There is no card form anywhere on this site, and we never ask for card, CNIC or bank login details over WhatsApp — if anyone claiming to be us ever does, it is not us.
What happens after you order
You get an order confirmation by email straight away, with your order number on it. Keep that number — it is the fastest way for us to find you if you message later.
We pack the order in Lahore and hand it to the courier. If anything about your order needs a decision — an address the courier cannot find, a design you would rather swap — we will message you before it ships rather than guess on your behalf.
Need to change or cancel something? Tell us as soon as you can. Before an order is packed, changes are easy; once it is with the courier, we cannot promise anything.
Returns — the honest version
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If the notebook arrives exactly as described and you decide you wanted a different cover, that is not something we can take back. It is a small catalogue at a small price, and pretending otherwise would only mean charging everybody more.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or simply wrong, that is on us. Open the parcel when it arrives and check it. If something is not right, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a couple of clear photos — including the packaging, which tells us whether the damage happened in transit.
Once we have looked at it, we will sort it out with a replacement, the correct item, store credit or a refund, depending on what happened and what is in stock. Do not post anything back before we have given you return instructions. When an item really is damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the reasonable cost of getting it back or getting the right one to you.
The full wording is on the Returns and Refunds page, and it says the same thing in more careful language.
Anything still unclear?
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, and a real person answers. Ask before you order rather than after — we would much rather send the right notebook the first time.
